RRRRoar Methodology
Reflect, Repair, Recover, Release
Organizational Stability, Adoption Success, Retrospective
ERP projects are hard when everything goes right. They are even harder when things go wrong. Blue Tiger’s RRRRoar methodology provides a structured but agile framework to bring large, complex projects back on track.
We take your project from RED (Current State) to BLUE (Complete).

REFLECT
During the Reflect stage, we will complete a comprehensive review of the entire project. This includes everything from the team structure to the project tools. During this phase, we anticipate the project will slow down, but rarely needs to stop.
Primary activities / deliverables include:
-
Full Project Assessment
-
Recommended Changes
-
Select and Prepare for Changes
Project slows down

REPAIR
During the Repair stage, we work closely with the stakeholders to implement the necessary changes. This can range from implementing new project management processes to completely replanning the project. Ultimately, the amount of repair is dependent on the outcome of the Reflect stage. Repairs can be rolled out as completed, allowing the project to move towards recovery.
Primary activities/deliverables include:
-
Complete Project Replan
-
Complete Other Approved Changes
-
Continuous Communication
-
Transition to Revised Approach
Project starts to resume

RECOVER
Once all repairs have been rolled out, the team will start to adjust to the new processes and/or structures. During this phase, it is critical to continue reflecting and repairing as needed. This helps to ensure that the project stays on track and that the team adopts the mindset of continuous improvement. The project can fully resume, heading towards Release.
Primary activities/deliverables include:
-
Manage and Measure Project Progress and Quality
-
Manage Risks and Issues
-
Manage External Vendors
-
Promote and Support Team Accountability
-
Ensure Active Stakeholder Participation
Project fully resumes

RELEASE
During the Release phase, we will complete a readiness assessment, deployment plan and post-go live strategies that are specific to your project and company needs. Go-live preparation can take several months and will run parallel to the Recovery phase. With honesty, trust, and team loyalty, we will take your project live!
Primary activities/deliverables include:
-
Complete Readiness Assessments
-
Complete Deployment Plan
-
Complete Short-Term Support Plan
-
Prepare for Go-Live
